Project 2013 Limited Edition Patches


Did you know that the Order of the Arrow Jamboree Service Group has created a special collection of the flaps representing all four divisions of the 2013 National Jamboree OA Staff? A limited number of these sets will be manufactured, with each set receiving a unique serial number. Orders will be accepted through June 1, 2013 for delivery during the week of July 15, 2013. Patch sets may be picked up at the National Jamboree, shipped to your home/business, or shipped with a personalized note as a gift from you to that special Arrowman.

The actual patch image will not be released until the start of the 2013 National Jamboree, at the OA Service Corps base operations.

Remember! This set will make a unique gift to help recognize a Scout's leadership in cheerful service to others. A personalized note from you can be included with your gift.

2013 Jamboree

2012 National Award Recipients

The recognitions subcommittee of the National Order of the Arrow Committee and the Western Region Order of the Arrow are proud to announce the selection of two Lodges from the Western Region to earn the E. Urner Goodman Camping Award and National Service Award.

The E. Urner Goodman Camping Award (shown on the top left of the image) was established in 1969 to encourage and challenge Order of the Arrow members and lodges to increase their effectiveness in promoting and increasing Scout camping in each council. The Award is presented to two Lodges from each region every year that best exemplify the Camping Spirit of the Boy Scouts of America National Honor Society. The 2012 Award winners in the Western Region are:

The National Service Award (shown on the far right) was established in 1999 to recognize lodges in each region that have performed outstanding service, both in a qualitative and a quantitative sense, to their council. The award is presented to a Lodge that has done a large and meaningful service project for their Council to benefit their local scouting program. The Award is presented to two Lodges from each region that completes the best service project to benefit their local Scouting program. The 2012 Award winners in the Western Region are:
