The purpose of the Western Region Quality Section Award is to recognize sections that are effectively promoting and executing the program of the Order of the Arrow. The award consists of a certificate for each lodge in the section, plus the opportunitity for the section's lodges to purchase a distinctive patch.

Check each requirement that has been fully achieved, date and sign as indicated, and mail to Western Region, Boy Scouts of America, P.O. Box 22019, Tempe, Arizona 85285-2019. Patch ordering information will be sent to you after review and verification of the application.
